    • 1 opening in Spring 2027

  • Fully integrated ancillary services to support continuity of care
  • You can focus on what matters most: patient care and surgical volume growth

Growth Orthopedics is the premier managed services organization with practice-partners in Kentucky, Maine, and Texas. Each practice-partner includes sub-specialty surgeons, non-operative physicians, and incorporated walk-in clinics, specialized therapy, on-site imaging, interventional procedures, and both outpatient and inpatient surgical program approaches.

Each practice includes a physician-owned and managed surgery center, as well as ancillary services (PT, MRI, DME, and Imaging on-site). In addition to the main practice locations, there are satellite locations to ensure consistent new patient volume. Once partnership is established, there is an opportunity to buy into an ambulatory surgery center.

Each practice provides care in large metropolitan areas with immediate drawing area of approximately 500,000+ in the surrounding county and an additional 1-2M+ in the satellite catchment areas. To better care for these communities, the practice seeks a physician to continue to develop their strong adult reconstruction service line. If you are interested in joining a growing, high-volume, quality-focused group practice, then this is the opportunity for you.
